True indeed. I am going hong kong now!..
Just managed to get my bookings done last night – disneyland tickets, macau ferry tickets, holiday inn bookings and redemption of my SQ tickets! Taking off in less than 1 hours time! Bye for now!
Back on sunday night.

Filial Piety + R/S!
I overheard someone said something few days back, true indeed. Why in the past - one parents can took care of so many children, giving equally love to all and us being the nowadays children can’t support one parents. People are selfish! Only thinks of oneself, and totally forgot how the one parents love and care for them while they were young. How the one parents being so patiently teaching you 123, so patiently feeding you meals and so patiently watching you growing up day by day.
Someone say in a relationship reflects how your partner treat you when you are married as how they treat their own parents. Respecting and being filial piety is very important and we can’t for any single seconds forget how parents uncomplainingly taking care of us and forgives us!
Happy pops' day, pops!
On a side note, is there really a huge change in before marriage and after marriage? I believe so.
Things get in a way when even a relationship prolonged for quite awhile. It takes two hands to clap but ones’ attitude is not right, things definitely got ugly. It's become increasingly habitual to have the other one in presence at all times. Is this because the two of them really in love or just a habit or custom?
Love indeed brings pain, but without pain and there’s no love.
Should I just shut my mouth up at all times?. Sigh.
Today should be a great day for the week because I am going to HONG KONG on thursday. But I don’t have any genuine smiles. :(

妹妹的生日。
Writing an entry while waiting for my hair to dry at this ungodly hours!
It’s my little one, Joelle’s birthday today. Just back from her chalet celebration, her 4th birthday. Attending kids party is tedious because they have endless energy to play with you!
Joelle is my family's favorite! I still tears when I think of what had happened to her even today.
Quoted from sis’s blog entry - the story of Joelle, when Joelle is 16 months old, she had virus inflection in her blood and causes non-stop of high fever, fever fit and went into coma for a week. In which, she was suspected meningitis... All of us in the family tears so much for her when seeing her in ICU, with so many tubes and machines surrounded her! She stayed in hospital for about a month, and only starts to recover after continuous blood transplant. Upon discharge, she lost her ability to walk, talk, sit and she had a brain damage of 40%.
2nish years later and today, she is back to normal!
She recovered very well and all her development is back. Very smart now and we have been very proud of her.! She can read, teach my dad how to use iPhone, when she watched DVD she will cry with luo jia lang and hu xing er, she will come to us covered her mouth and says softly "I tell you a secret", open grandma and grandpa’s wardrobe and say she is selling clothes, asking us lots of "what is this" and why! Is indeed an endless list! She is very strong, and we had been through a lot with her.
In fact she is indeed my best present ever for my 21st birthday, she definitely brings loads of joys to us. The little one aka the naughty one that I have written an entry back in 3 years ago - http://so-celine.blogspot.com/2007/11/birthday-wish-came-true.html
Brought her to Mini Princess at Junction 8 last Saturday together with sis, its cutie pies’ favorite place! Various of selections from dresses, tops, bottoms, necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings and many many more for kids. And Joelle had picked a dress, necklace, a pair of earring and a heart shape ring as her birthday present from us to her.

Staycation and babies!
It’s been quite awhile since I stay up at this hour writing an entry, lying comfortably against my huge tatty and cushions. Didn’t want it to became a habitual for me to update a long long entry after a hiatus, so another entry for now.
Staycation at Studio M Hotel last Friday!
A cool new modern hotel with trendy loft style room. A very nice hotel to stay in other than their service - was extremely disappointing. Check-in and check-out took longer than it should, most of the time spent on waiting. Staffs were very unhelpful as well. But still enjoy the stay with babe and of cause my good colleague, Winnie!
Random: babe is sleeping soundly like a baby with soft snores though. =X
It’s Calin’s baby boy, Ethan baby showering today! Were at her place at 1.30pm as her celebration starts at 1pm. I though I was late but apparently the host is not ready yet and ‘m the second couple guest were at the event. Haa. What’s new. Alright, some photos of baby Ethan.

Just a few picca since I have uploaded in facebook! =X
Kays, we started camwhore .
Stairs to the bed on second level.
Can consider staying here if you would like to have a short getaway in town! Reasonable price as well.Random: babe is sleeping soundly like a baby with soft snores though. =X

Right after the baby showering at evelyn road, novena area, babe and I went to Thomson medical to visit Chermaine! She finally gave birth this morning to baby boy, Hayden! Well, it’s the third baby boy with a name ends with ‘den’. Angel with the first Kayden, Yuki with the second Jayden and Chermaine with the third Hayden. AND annoying colleagues was like looking at me and point the three kids then my stomach and started - den den den dennnnn… >.< Also started to name sudden and hidden as babies’ name. Haha. Naughty!
That's all. Bed time but feeling stomach growling . Ooops! Night.

USS stands for Universal Studios Singapore.
I am a theme park junkie. Now, mad happy that Singapore has its own theme park - Universal Studios Singapore!
Universal studio is universally fun.
WITH the scorching hot sun + rains in the late noon just after our late lunch. :(
It was not a good start to the day. The weather is freaking HOT! I was kind of regret why I didn’t apply sun block.
The first thing we saw was Betty Boop! I recalled that I used to like this character when I was younger because of the color, RED – which is really nice on her. Nearly bought something when we were in Betty Boop retail stall. Brunch at mel’s café before we start our USS jaunt! It was not as expensive as I thought theme park food might be. Less than S$10 bought you a generous portion of cheeseburger/hotdogs with drinks and fries. And with may promotion, each person entitled 10 bucks food vouchers and 5 bucks retail vouchers.
Still, we managed to try some of the attractions like the Revenge of the mummy. AND how I convinced babe to board the ride. I love coaster rides, but also has a healthy fear of them. LOL. Is our age meant we could no longer jump onto a coaster and come out the other end dying to go up again, like we did when we were younger? Boo.
Madagascar world! Guess what, it's my first time ride on the merry go round. Whoops.
It's a green, green world with my favorites cartoon characters – Shrek!
We wandered into Far Far Away and checked out Shrek's Far Far Away Castle, where was a 4D show to watch. This means you watch a 3D movie with the 4th D being the moving seats and special effects like water being spit at you.
Also, Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure. We board the round raft that would take us into the Jurassic Park compound. We already knew how wet it may get, and was contemplating whether to purchase any disposable rain coats. I reckoned there was no point getting too wet before we were done checking out the rest of the park and also, I saw some of the people who came out of the Jurassic Park ride positively drenched.
The ride itself was okay. But some bumps and turns, some spills that made me a little motion sickness. The highlight was supposed to be the T-Rexes and random dinosaurs lurching at you. I am not sure why but we were not too frightened by them though. LOL.
Then we entered Ancient Egypt and tried the Revenge of the Mummy, an indoor roller coaster ride.
We had to walk a long long way to reach the ride. Inside the building, they had obviously planned for long queues. You could run a marathon inside, using the queue path.
The ride itself was fun, with some cool effects like fire and an evil robot mummy damning us to hell, but just when you started to feel the thrills of the ride, it ended. It needed to be longer, me thinks.
We finally broke for lunch at Oasis Spice Café™ at almost 4pm. Just when we almost finishing and it rains! We was like what the hell? No umbrella, and dash to a retail stall to buy raincoats at $1.50 each. Rains continuously pouring and we had no where to go. There, we checked out Monster Rock at 5nish pm, a mini-musical with Universal's monsters.
Before the show started, we just wandering around taking photos everywhere with the raincoats on. Was fascinated with cameras though, I like it.
The show was kind of astonishing ! I like it. It was very slick though it lasted only about 20 minutes. The most fun bit was listening to one of the Caucasian actors singing a Mandarin song and another "monster" doing an impression of the Wonder Girls' "Nobody." NICE.
After the show, we visited all the retail stall and check out if there’s anything to buy by using the 5 bucks voucher. AND so, I bought a shreak baby girl, Felicia cup at 12 bucks I think! *Nice.
Wellies, and there goes our day at the USS! But for sure, I was definitely come back for the Battlestar Galactica dual roller coasters! Roar~ (if I wouldn’t have back out by then. =X)
Kays, it was a long entry after so long! Full stop.

First picca in USS.
In fact, the day was plagued with short shutdowns of attractions for technical and operational reasons, which annoyed us somewhat. Like Battlestar Galactica dual roller coasters will not be open till very long due to technical issue. :(
