Japan, Tokyo IV

this is gonna be my last post entry for the tokyo trip last november. haha!
want to share the information and fun we had, but it’s a pain for me to pen down all details! =X so, please treasure my 2 cent worth info okaysa?

it’s disney day on our second last day in tokyo, and it’s my happiest day through out. *happy like small girl.!

in tokyo, there are two theme parks – disneysea and disneyland.
booked our 1 day passport ticket way before we flew to japan through their website.
1 day passport only allow you to visit either disneyland or disneysea, you are not allow to go both in 1 day though. however, if you can’t make up your mind where to go, no worries. upon collection of tickets, you may tell the staff over the counter on which theme park you want to go. ^^ for us, yes.. we still stick to our disneysea day out~ *excited!!

set off real early for that day, woke up at 7am and prepared myself before waking babe up as well! traveling by train, from shinjuku. the journey is approximately 45 minutes plus the walking to transfer trains.

arrived at the maihama station. and we popped to the tokyo disney resort ticket center for our tickets collection. smell the disney's air~ weather is good !

micky mouse for me, genie for babe!

how i wish we stayed here!!

gogogo.. we were just so energized for the whole day at disneysea!

it's mermaid lagoon~
under the sea~ under the sea~ ♫ ♪ ♪♪ ♫ ♪ ♫ ♪

queued for 40 minutes for this shot in the cave.

we are at the arabian coast! is aladdin your favourite?

we bought the chocolate popcorns~
and it's so kissmasy with all lighting~ melikes!!

i want to sit that! =(
the tower of terror. what a waste for missing that! sads.

finally, the long wait for the fantasmic! it was awesome mad!
bonus show - the starbright christmas was double awesome mad!
fireworks is non-stop!
and i feel so romantic and dropped a tears or two. oops! hahaha!
okay,
i know it's silly!

right after that, we followed all the crowd and left for the day at disney!
to avoid human jam, so we double up and went off for our dinner at the maihama station area!
smell this from far, and we are drooling for it.
big one for babe, small one for me!
it's yummy!

our foots are breaking! after the simple dinner, our only aim for the rest of the night is lying on the bed with that small television showing some drama or variety show in that language we don’t understand. ^^ and indeed, took shower and calls for the day right away!

rise and shine, it’s our last day in tokyo.
i’m missing that room, that path of road we always walk pass to the city of tokyo.

nothing planned out for the last day, but babe and i decided to go harajuku again. as we really like that small city, plus the rains on day 4 is a total turned off!

visited the meiji shrine that we missed the other day, meiji jingu is a shinto shrine. shinto is called japan's ancient original religion, and it is deeply rooted in the way of japanese life.

facts:
emperor meiji passed away in 1912 and empress shoken in 1914. after their demise, people wished to commemorate their virtues and to venerate them forever. so they donated 100,000 trees from all over japan and from overseas, and they worked voluntarily to create this forest. thus, thanks to the sincere heart of the people, this shrine was established on November 1, 1920.

so, before you walked in all the way to the shrine, you will need to enter this somewhat “forest”! a long walking distance. =X

meiji shrine gave me a very traditional respectful feeling, saw a big family cladding in their traditional kimono paying a respect as well. it’s pretty nice to be there for a bit. too bad, didn’t got a chance to witness the solemn procession of a shinto wedding. =(

cute little boy, but he ran away when i wanted to snap him!

tried to explore the other side of harajuku, found this streets that sells a lot of unique things. ^^
spent the whole afternoon at harajuku, and we had yoshinoya for lunch. yoshinoya is a must have, must try food in japan. it’s damn yummy! if only we have it earlier, haha. oh man, i feel like eating now again. hmm.. hungry~
fat babe!

catching our flight at 6pm, went back to shinjuku station and secure our train timing.
went back to hotel for our luggage.
and sayonara room 507!

last multi-shots before we depart!
a good trip again with babe! love you more if you bring me there again. ^^
haha~
