Dessert Bar For You?

having much to keep myself on track, my schedule is tight! finally taking a breather for awhile on my japan trip.

wonder if you know, have been starting to learn baking after setting up The Mr & Mrs with karen and jasmine. initially, i was like “how hard can it be? since my pops is a chef, nothing can beats me down!” umm.. but.. never did it, kind of hard when you don’t know what you’re doing! 2 months from now, after all the failure attempts and tries.. we made it!! though much rooms for improvement, i believe in no time.. dots. hehe =)

2nd week of november is supa busy!
set up dessert bar continuously on that week – brother’s solemnization for 100 pax, a wedding for 350 pax and a baby showering for 80 pax.

we were all exhausted! plannings and customized DIYs is not easy. albeit a lot of time was spent, but i suppose it’s all worth it.

Elevens Tiffany Moments

11.11.11 is a beautiful date for happy occasion, hence, my 3rd brother held his solemnization on this date. new member in the house, nicole and she is a korean! wondering where my brother got his luck from, marrying a pretty girl as his wife.

his solemnization party is rush rush rush.. nicole is an air stewardess and she based in dubai, due to some permit cancellation and documentary issues. she nearly unable to return singapore on time for the wedding! they were all panicked! an alternative is to postpone the solemnization to a later date! luckily, things were all settled and they able to secure the beautiful date for themselves.

my wedding present for the both of them - a dessert bar for their reception. based on their theme colour, the tiffany! i have almost everything tiffany in colour. the day before is tired! baked cupcakes till mid-night together with sis, feel so blissful to have my sister and brothers around! reached home at 12nish, and i have the groom to paste all the stickers for me.

thanks to my Mr & Mrs team too, all preparations and design for the dessert bar was great! woke up at 8 on the actual day, dressed up with heels and carried all my barang barang over for the setup. with my undone hair, i look so cui!

before the guest arrived, i dash to the changing room to curl my hair! phew.. i'm in time for everything! dessert bar all set and all family and relatives response was great. =)

halloween + birthday

i’m so tired of my workload! so much stress from the top and recent rave on lacking of sales revenue made me more disheartening. *heave a sigh

november is love, but apparently, i'm teemed with many many events! but it should be a happy one, so i mustn’t let my work to affect me. ^^

my 25th birthday celebration on halloween, followed by bimbz peiwen’s birthday celebration on the first weekend of november. my third brother’s solemnization on 11.11.11 and my tokyo, japan trip with babe to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary. just got back last wednesday, and needa prepare for my company retreat at changi village hotel last weekend. typically, no much rest! most loved thingy is breaking dawn is out this month too!! watched it yesterday, its totally romantic and the 3 leads is at their best!

dressed up for halloween this year again! with all my bimbz friends around, and we had lotsa fun.

book one night at novotel, and engage faralisz arts over for all of our make-ups. it's their first project on halloween, and they did a great job! thanks babes! let me know if you need any services from them. :)

finished a bottle of martell in the hotel and off we go with our full gear, down at clarke quay streets. bars and pubs hopping, spent almost all the times at the central area on photographing.

my head is heavy and don’t know how much we have drank, unconsciously it’s breaking dawn already. party till 5 nish and we tabao mcdonald back to hotel.

i always hate excessive drinking aftermath, and now, excessive make-up aftermath is worst ever! all of us used up whole bottle of make-up remover and spend a good hour in the toilet washing our face and hair. damn! we were all awaken by then.

of cos, not to forget my two bestie’s surprise for me as well on my actual birthday!
text them for dinner, one straight away reply “not free!” and the other one ignored me. boo.. thus, babe bought me for japanese buffet at UE square. i was still pondering that, if my bestie is here would be great cos they love japanese food!

attempted #1: arrived at UE square, babe kept looking around and i still happily waiting for him to go toilet.
attempted #2: went in to the restaurant and the reservation name is under jasline but being cancelled off and changed to shamus’s name. phone number 9850 XXXX (jas’s number)
attempted #3: waitress bought us to 4 pax setting table, and babe just trying to turn my doubts away by telling them it’s only 2 of us, cos i'm asking him whether my besties are coming?

after awhile, a waitress brought me a iphone 4S empty box and a bouquet of flowers to me and say “someone pass this to you!”.

how sweet can they be? a note for me made me wanna tears much. they walked in with the salmon cake and singing birthday song for me! haha.

love this two babes loads.
so bliss to have them in my life too.
i had a wondering birthday celebration and yes, i'm quarter of a century now!
