Blessings in disguise

Only when you know what you have now lost, will you realise what you have truly gained.

This is an illustration of little discussion that struck my mind when I woke up this morning. If we were to pursue obstacles with a narrow mindset, our focus is only on the threats/dangers on the first encounter. However, invite challenges to your life.

Widen your horizons and you'll see the expanse of opportunities it brings. I wanted to give this entry a title, "Blessings in disguise". Then I thought, the pot of gold in 'blessings in disguise' will reveal itself eventually over time. But this is not the point of my entry. Changes have to start from us. We are the solution to our problems. Should we continue to pursue things as we do, we'll always get the same results.

My energy has been all time low lately. Thanks for always forgives and forgets my flaws. :)

I appreciate how he made me felt during that past few months. Sugar rush and believing in love again. I almost thought I forgot what it feels like to be respected and appreciated in love.

Tell me how it feels to have someone rush down to your place at 2 in the night to realise that Cinderella can't go down at that hour.

Tell me how it feels to have someone taking time to hear you out while sitting by the beach. With the gentle breeze caressing our faces, it only makes me want to capture that moment in a capsule and relinquish it again on the day that he's gone.

Well, the day is now here. Happy 3rd monthsary to Baby Shamoose.
